EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Johnny Williams founded Sons of the King in 2010 as an afterschool and summer club for boys without fathers. Seeing fatherless boys make their way to prison, Johnny additionally started ministering to those in prison in 2015. However, in 2021, following the COVID-19 school and prison lockdown, Johnny restarted Sons of the King with a sole focus on prison ministry.

 

Each week, Johnny goes into the prisons to carry out the most important work of the Church…preaching and teaching God’s Word and calling men to repent of their sins and place their faith in Jesus Christ alone for their salvation. For those who desire to delve deeper into biblical and theological content, Johnny, along with a couple of volunteers, teaches MINTS Seminary in Prison courses.
